This is story of mine
The story dated back when I was rotated to a new department to manage all issues related with the company's branches.
Even though I was positioned as a Marketing and Communication Leader which normally I have to make a marketing strategy, but at that time I realized that there is another important thing which needs to be solved first within the organization and that thing is "governance".
"Grow creates complexity and complexity kills growth"
That sentence is a paradox for all company who wants to grow. If the company, NGOs, or individuals did not have proper governance, it becomes a time bomb that destroy the organization from within. Disjointed information and process, bad customer and employee experience, as well as disorganized team are the things that might be happen.
From that point of time I ensure good governance before other thing. Because I believe that good governance will make a good system, and good system will keep the team intact in productive performance regardless every dynamics changing in organization and strategies.
